OSSI-010-004E Wave Logger

The Ocean Sensor Systems Wave Logger has been designed to provide a high-resolution measurement of liquid surface height at a data rate of up to 30Hz. Data is logged internally to common Compact Flash memory cards in a PC readable format. Uses include: the measurement of waves, wakes, tides, sinkage, lake levels, pond levels, tank levels, pool levels. The device is self-powered with a replaceable internal battery pack of common alkaline C cells. The Wave Staff is very robust with solid-state electronics sealed in a waterproof housing. The measurement staff can be ordered in a variety of lengths and are interchangeable.
