Encos Environmental Services

ENCOS, Inc., (ENCOS) is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and has been under the same principal owners and management since 1994.  ENCOS is a Louisiana certified small business and carries Louisiana’s Hudson Initiative certification.  ENCOS provides services to Petrochemical and Oil and Gas industries, as well as, State and Local government agencies, and universities within two Service groups: Coastal Services and Compliance Services. Both Service Group’s primary goal is to safely provide cost effective solutions and quality services.  In the past, ENCOS completed projects in the Gulf South Region and along the Gulf Coast including Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. Currently, ENCOS is providing services to clients in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, the Gulf Coast, and Gulf of Mexico. Even as a small business, ENCOS holds MSA(s) with many major companies and has been contracted directly and indirectly to state and federal agencies including: Coastal Planning and Restoration Authority (CPRA), The Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and National Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) for assistance with Federally sponsored coastal restoration projects.
